St. Paul Mn to Convent LA Pilot Notes

The notes are from St Paul Mn to the Gulf ( Convent,LA ) & have about 99% of what a person would need to help make calls for lock asst, stores, fuel, waiting spots, lock numbers.

I spent 50 days starting with nothing ( 0% ) on the Upper Miss above the mouth of the ILL river & combined another file I already had to make 1 LARGE file ( 3mgs ).

I was not able put everything into this file as it would take me until the end of the year to add how to make locks/bridges & some other areas that need to watch out for.
